The pinned list as far as I can see list out sites that do mass pay without any fee to members. In case there are others interested in sites that do mass pay with fees, maybe that could be included as well?
Anyway, just got an admin from Deep-C-Links and LadyOfTheLinks that they will now do masspay, but the member has to bear the 2% fee.
