One of our Moderator's as you may or may not know is expecting a little bundle of joy here in a few weeks. So we have set up this thread as a baby shower thread. For those not accustomed to baby showers here is the idea of it all. Normally when a mother is close to delivery family and friends join to play games, eat and they sometimes bring a gift for the little one. This is all to celebrate the birth of the child.

Therefore that is what this thread is here for. A gift is not required to participate in the thread. If you would like to congratulate or have some words of wisdom then feel free to post here and carry on a discussion about past experiences with the birth of children or your own childhood. This is a BYOF party. (Bring your own food) so have a snack when you visit to enjoy yourself and to feel the whole experience.

I would love to send her a little something, but none of the items in her registry are able to be shipped to her address because she is not in the U.S.. Is there maybe an online store closer to her that accepts buyers from the U.S. that might also have a baby registry?? If so, please let me know and provide the link if you would.

I added in Annette's new .UK registry. She's also informed me that Ebay will ship, even though Amazon won't. And, if anyone wants to, my Paypal we're using for the Baby Pool is acceptable here, also. I can add in any, along with the pool money, and send on directly.

It's listed in the pool thread.
